This month’s tip has to do with the six C’s. These “C”s will help you achieve that top dollar price. One of the most economical solutions in updating your home is to find a neutral color to use throughout the home. Typically you should consult a stager or interior designer or real estate professional for this. But I’ve taken the liberty to house hack the top interior wall colors that are trending throughout the valley. These colors are used by Real Estate investor’s, and New Home Builders (Pulte, Taylor Morrison, Toll Brothers, DR Horton); needless to say, they sell well.
The top grey colors include anew gray, agreeable gray, Drift of Mist and popular gray.
The top earth tone colors include: “Stucco Tan, Muslin, accessible beige and Crisp linen.
However, you really want to coordinate the wall color with the flooring and cabinets. If you have a travertine floor and dark brown cabinets, you would be more inclined to use the earth tones; however, if you have a white shaker cabinet with light wood or wood tile you may be more inclined to use a gray as suggested above.
